Sign up now and join your fellow Lions for our fun 5K walk in San Francisco on October 4, 2008.

1. Click here to sign up.
2. Click on Join Our Team
3. Check box in Waiver and click Next
4. Fill out Participant information. Team name District 4-C6 Lions will be filled in.
5. Choose Lions Clubs International under Chapter/Industry Affiliation
6. Uncheck boxes for e-mail updates and eHope if you don't wish to receive e-mail.
7. Choose T-shirt size. Click Next.
8. Only click on Add Participant if you wish to add another name using your credit card. Click Next.
9. Fill in Credit Card information. It's secure and 100% tax deductible.
10. Save your Login and Password information so you can change your personal web page, adding pictures and words of your own.
